Medication can play: a role in treating social anxiety but dealing more directly with the cause an symptoms is most effective. Please see a mental health professional to learn skills. Social anxiety is about fear of being embarassed. Assertiveness training may be useful. An old book called "When I say No I feel Guilty" may help. Peace and good health.
