Possible: I definitely know people who have very sensitive genitalia to different chemicals including ones you just mentioned. Make sure you don't get those inside when you are showering. Try to use plain water. If you already have discharge/discomfort/symptoms, seek help, as you may need to have them treated.

NO: Irish spring is a  very harsh deodorant soap.
Avoid douches as well as use of harsh, drying soap on genitalia.  Rinse genitalia very well after soaping up.

Yeast Infections: It is best to take showers instead of a tub bath.
Use neutrogena liquid cleanser or cetaphil cleanser. Neither are soap.
Use hand held spray to rinse area well.
Wear cotton underwear.
Wear loose clothing so air can circulate.
Use hair dryer to dry area as often as needed.
Always request med for yeast and take/use during the time you are on antibiotics in order to prevent.

Possible: It is possible because it is an infectious condition, though transmission through this mechanism is unlikely.

i was prescribed fluconazole for yeast infection , took 2 doses and i still feel somewhat the same . im irritated and i dont smell unless i touch the goo and it smells like tuna for a min till it dries then goes away,i use antibacterial soap to wash?

: Fluconazole only covers one kind of vaginitis. If it doesn’t resolve see Doctor in person for testing. National discharge and symptoms can also be caused by trichomonas vaginitis bacterial vaginitis or genital  herpes
