in regards to weight loss/gain, is a calorie a calorie? meaning is 35cal of veggies equal to 35 cal of ice cream? (not asking regarding nutrition)

More or less: Calorie from different sources are roughly equivalent for weight gain/loss.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

my 4 years old cousin eats only rice, chocolate and ice cream she never eats anything else and her mom doesn't see a problem in it so is this nutrition dangerous and what can it cause on the girl(note she isn't obese she is actually getting thinner)?

: Were the mom in my practice state law would require I report her for neglect. She would face court supervision to change or have the kid removed from her care. Yes such a diet is inadequate for normal growth and development &amp; if it continues the child will be in trouble.

Well: An ice cream headache is the direct result of the rapid cooling and rewarming of the capillaries in the sinuses. This causes a painful stimulus that is short lived and felt as a headache. The pain associated with it can cause the passing out by a mechanism referred to as vaso vagal. Read.

Follow your MD's: instructions , may not hurt bit  if bowel is not prepped well procedure will be cancelled and you have to repeat. Best thing speak to your doctor .

Lactose intolerance: Lactose intolerance is a common disorder due to the inability to digest lactose secondary to low levels of lactase enzyme.
Drinking too much milk or eating dairy will not cause lactose intolerance.

Sure: Life's hard enough without worrying about everybody's scientific / subscientific advice about what you should and should not eat. This can be part of a sensible diet. If you're staying physically fit, aren't fat, and your blood lipids are decent, enjoy your treat. If you're dieting or you want to avoid overweight, it's easy to skip.
