: A whiplash strain of neck muscles is likely. Hopefully symptoms will be mild.   If neck discomfort &amp; stiffness worsen over the next day or so.treatment is applying alternating cold&amp;hot applications, taking anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen, wearing a soft neck collar as needed. Your MD is best to examine and advise you if there's significant neck discomfort.

SnapCracklePop!: Sounds like a form of arthritis in the neck. Also, did you know that some of the structures in the throat can also get arthritis? So you'd best see a doctor who can help you sort this out. Motrin may help. Tylenol (acetaminophen) too. Depending on how it looks to the doctor he may prescribe other medications as well as, possibly, physical therapy or some other form of physical intervention(s). Be careful driving.

TINNITUS: The hissing sound (called "tinnitus" can be due to a number of inner ear problems...the most common of which is AGING which is always accompanied by high frequency hearing loss..an early manifestation of which is tinnitus....You should be evaluated by a Licensed AUDIOLOGIST to furrher clarify....don't postpone..you may be missing a lot of nice sounds

Cough: Forceful coughing can headache which can be present until the cough resolves. Treat the cough  and the headache should go away. If headache symptoms worsen or you develop visual changes then see a doctor!

Headaches: I'm a little but powerful way you describe your headaches I would suggest that you see a neurologist as quickly as possible. You should get a CT scan of the head first and maybe an MRI after the CT scan results are available. A full and complete examination especially neurological examination would be very important at this time

Tinnitus: May become significant and is generally hard to treat. Starting an early assessment with your doc will be recommended. Usually an ENT evaluation is needed as well and your doc will be able to coordinate locally.
