hi i'm 152 pounds. have a hip size of 38, waist size of 31 my thighs seem rather large at 22 inches. is this out of proportion?

Eye of beholder: Beauty is really a subjective matter. Many of my patients request bigger buttocks and thighs, so proportion is difficult to advise you on. At 150 lbs being your ideal weight, your height should be approximately 5'9". However this is only an estimate.

if a guy who is fat and does waist training with a corset would the fat go to the breast hip butt and thigh areas like that of a woman?

Accepted Answer

NO.: The fat would be displaced only while the person is wearing the corset and would return when the corset is removed.  The better way is to reduce intake and not worry about the corset.  The results are calories in , calories out. Best wishes.

i have a rash on my hips, buttocks, thighs, underarm, chest & waist. my derm. thinks it folliculitis. blood work shows absolute eosinophils of 984.

Eosinophilic folli: You may have eosinophilic folliculitis which often responds to potent topical or a short course of oral steroid. The disease is usually self-limited. If prolonged, will need to rule out HIV infections as well.

cant sleep on my front.when i lie one of my testicle drops drown to my scrotum.very uncomfortable to sleep on my back because i struggle for both thighs to come together.hip pain and waist pain.dont have pain in testicle. a lot of cremaster reflex?

: There are many reasons which can hinder sleep- some like yours. Do some exercise before sleep, listen to soothing music. Get a comfortable mattress and pillow. In some way you should get your mind off the position you lie in and then you will sleep well. Cremesteric reflex is not involved in it. wishing you good ZZZZs

Depends: all depends on your genetics and possible racial background, overall health with proper diet and exercise is the best route and not so much on the specific body parts, in order to lose inches it would require an overall healthy diet

Waist/Hip Ratio: At 16 y.o. You are still growing so please know that things can change.  If you think you have a medical condition you can see your doctor.  Otherwise, a certified trainer at a gym can draw up an exercise routine for you based on your goals.  Peace and good health.

can ssri's change body shape and fat distribution? i've always had a small waist and wide hips and i'm afraid to lose this by taking an ssri regularly

No guarantee!: SSRIs are not taken irregularly (PRN). Many complain of weight gain, but it may or may not alter the proportions. Some don't have that problem but no one can be sure.  Consider trying non-Rx therapy to see if that safer treatment may be enough.  They can refer if needed. It will reduce need and optimize outcome.

Yes : body types comes in all different shapes and as long as your Bmi is normal you should be fine

Excercise: You can so many types of excercise, especially squats and sit ups and lie on you back with knees bent and push your behind up and down with a tight stomache. Consider going to an excercise class where the instructor can demonstrate.
