: Do NOT fret, as the "lesion" would likely be benign and not the cause of your symptoms.  If you are concerned, have your doctors discuss their findings and explain what this lesion appears to represent.  You do, of course, need to address your current issues, and perhaps a medical neurologist can help.

: Doubt this is your MRI at age 32, as this would be normal findings of aging.  There is some brain atrophy and signs of microvascular angiopathy (hardening of the arteries), all of which would be expected at age 70-75 and beyond.

less than 9 mm in adults above 60 years. Ventriculomegaly shows enlarged ventricles/ normal spinal fluid (CSF) pressure. Hydrocephalus shows enlarged ventricles/increased spinal fluid pressure. It can occur when an injury or illness alters the circulation of CSF.

Or are you asking about the size of the left ventricle of the brain? And why only the left ventricle and not the right?

Hard to say: If the interpretation on the MRI by the radiologist is that it is a cyst, then it is likely benign. It also depends if there is any area of enhancement that would suggest a tumor. Also if you have serial MRI scans, you can tell if it is getting bigger or changing which is more likely a tumor. The location in the ventricle is important too. If it obstructs the foramen it could be a problem.
