: The large majority of genital skin problems are not STDs and there are many other dermatologic conditions that could cause "red spots". See a dermatologist. Good luck.

Pearly penile papule: Most common around the corona of the penis are pearly penile papules.  They are common and harmless and are not contagious, nor do they require any treatment whatsoever.  Obviously, i cannot diagnose you without a proper examination but this may be what you describe.

Likely : The description sounds like herpes simplex which is an std. Although painful and inconvenient, it is not serious but it is contagious and causes complications for women  who express the virus  during childbirth. Therefore you should have a doctor diagnose this for certain while you have active sores and use barriers or abstinence during an outbreak to prevent transmission to your partner.

Here are some ...: Watch it or them for 1-2 months; if being there as long a you could have remembered without a change in number, it/they could be benign so no need to concern; if changing in number along with size, have Doc take a look for sure. Probably not: None of the stds does that. It's probably a skin issue. Eczema is common.
