May be a skin cyst: A bump on the skin that has whitish stuff inside, but is not pus as in a pimple, is likely a skin cyst that contains skin oils and skin cells. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can look at it to see what can be done. Sometimes, keeping the cyst empty for a while will allow it to shrink in size. Other times, a bothersome cyst needs surgical removal.

No: No. Those are common glandular structures normally found on the ventral area of the frenulum in many men. They can become irritated but the burning sensation with urination typically deals with you referral or prostate issues in men

It's hard to imagine: that one could have head trauma a year ago, still hurting to the point of tears, and not have had a neurological work up. Skull fracture, concussion, subdural hematoma, etc all should have been excluded by now. Head pain at this point now may not be related to original trauma. It almost sounds like condition now, with "white pimple things", might be shingles. Return to Doc for further eval.
