Probably: folliculitis, but infections inside of  nose can spread rapidly to cavernous sinus and brain.  You need to see a doctor to determine if you need to be on an antibiotic.

Dermatology: Depending on where exactly it is located and the composition, texture and moveability, it could be  a sebaceous cyst or a skin tag. Talk to a Dermatologist if you would like to determine exactly what it is and arrange for its removal.

Cyst: most likely a follicular cyst which is inflamed.  Triple antibiotic ointment will help

See your doctor : You probably would have mentioned it during your visits to your doctor if it has been there for ages and got some explanation. A referral to a specialist for a second opinion and possible biopsy, if feasible, might be indicated at this stage. Of course a clinical impression during a consultation will still be necessary to evaluate your lump

Could be. See ENT: It could certainly be a cancer, akthough it could be something else like polyps etc. Go to see an ear, nose and throat  ( ent( and have it examined thoroughly. Depending on the ENT evaluation, a biopsy may be needed to rule in and rule out for malignancy.

Sore Nose-Infection?: Nasal lesions can represent a tumor or infection. In your case being only 26 years old it would likely be a localized infection or small abscess. Certainly you should have it examined by an ear, nose and throat specialist to get the lesion diagnosed and treated as soon as you can.

Nasal obstruction: This needs to be looked at by an ENT doctor. You may have a pseudocyst, foreign body, tumor, or other form of partial obstruction to sinus drainage. That will, if present, cause sinusitis and headache. Go and get seen . Best wishes.
