Sore Nose-Infection?: Nasal lesions can represent a tumor or infection. In your case being only 26 years old it would likely be a localized infection or small abscess. Certainly you should have it examined by an ear, nose and throat specialist to get the lesion diagnosed and treated as soon as you can.

May be a Polyp: Need to see an ENT specialist to examine. It may be a benign polyp or some other mass. It's hard to say without being seen and examined- evaluated.
