Yes: A small amount of fluid is normal. If there are no symptoms, no increase in fluid, no change in weight, it is not a cause for concern.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Maybe: Free peritoneal fluid presence in the pelvis can be normal more often than not. However, endometriosis can also produce fluid when bleeding implants are present. If painful menstrual periods or pelvic pain are a part of the symptoms, then further investigation for endometriosis is warranted.

Physiologic: It is common to find a physiologic amount of free fluid in the pelvis (especially in women). Nothing to be concerned about.

Usually nothing: This is a very common finding on almost every ultrasound or ct scan of a menstrating female i order. I sometimes think the radiologists automatically put this in their reports . It means nothing clinically and you should not be worried about it.

May be unrelated: Constipation is not likely to cause pelvic fluid. If you do not have any symptoms, this amount of fluid may be your normal.

Usually not an issue: It can be seen in the middle of your menstrual cycle or after a ruptured ovarian cyst. It can be caused by other etiologies, but these are the most common. The ordering physician is best able to correlate this clinically.

had a ultrasound last week.  have edometrial stripe of 6.1,small complex cyst, and mild free fluid in pelvis.  scheduled for end/biopsy. worried!

Probably normal: The endometrial stripe measurement would be thick if you were past menopause. The biopsy is to check the tissue and make sure nothing worrisome is occurring. The cyst may be resolving on it's own (which is why the free fluid in the pelvis) but may be followed with ultrasound. If no resolution further evaluation may be necessary.

It is normal: For premenopausal females to have a small amount of simple, free fluid in the pelvis/adnexal area.  Free means that is it free floating and not contained in any structure such as an abscess.  Simple means that there are no " echogenic foci" within it which could represent blood or pus.

Fluid on U/S scan: If you are not on oral contraceptives, when ovulation occurs, fluid from the ruptured follicle from which the egg escapes will accumulate to some degree in the most dependent portion of the abdomen, the "cul-de-sac", and such is seen by a good ultrasound tech.  It is of no real concern.

Pelvic fluid: A small amount of free fluid in the female pelvis can be a normal finding.  Although there are also many abnormalities that are associated with fluid in the pelvis, including endometriosis, the fluid by itself does not indicate endometriosis or any other specific diagnosis.  It must be interpreted in the context of your entire clinical picture and additional imaging findings.
