Usually nothing: This is a very common finding on almost every ultrasound or ct scan of a menstrating female i order. I sometimes think the radiologists automatically put this in their reports . It means nothing clinically and you should not be worried about it.

Free fluid: It likely indicates nothing. Free fluid in a premenopausal woman is a normal finding. It may be physiological or may be secondary to a ruptured ovarian follicle which is also a normal part of your cycle. Do not worry.
