i got sunburned on arms about a week ago.today i decided to go for a walk/jog and after saw that there were small bumps on arms where sunburn is. why?

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

32mth & 13mth old have  small pimple like bumps on arms/legs and a couple on back. not many at all. could this be prickly hear? no temp.

Pus?: If they have pus (pustules), then i would be concerned that he may have impetigo which needs to be treated with an antibiotic.  This is all the more likely since both kids have it.

Probably: an irritative folliculitis...inflammation of the tiny pouches i which your hairs are growing ..this is often caused BY SHAVING TOO CLOSE or TOO OFTEN! An antibacterial moisturizing soap may help! Ask your PCP (Primary Care Provider) for a suggestion!
