im a bit embarrassed but i have small bumps in my left nut and its has been their for more than 3 years? can someone explain?

Probably not serious: First, no need for embarrassment. Your testicles are no more special to your doctor (and should not be to you) than your elbows, knees, or liver. Second, unchanging bumps for so long probably are not serious. Third, more info needed:  on the skin or inside your scrotum? Painful? Finally, see a doctor. Mention it next time you have routine care, or make appt for it  now if still worried about it.

my husband who is in his 30's has very small bumps on his back. when they pop chalky white stuff comes out in small portions, but it has a really strong odder. what could it be. (hes very active and i don't know if its maybe caused by sweat?

: From the description you stated: mostly skin related sebaceous gland inflammation related.  Instead of squeezing, wash skin with antimicrobial soap with warm water, and apply topical antibiotic ointment for few days.  If no improvement, seek medical doctor advice and treatment.

Hard to say.: There are very few bugs that leave a unique bite.  Flea bites are like little hard blisters usually on lower legs.  Brown recluse spider bites may have 2 "fang" marks. A few others have a likely appearance.  But usually there is no way to know.  If anybody else has the same bites that lives or works with you then you know the insect is in that building and call an exterminator.

Gangion cyst?: Ganglion cysts are small round "balloons" that project out of inflammed joints of the hand, fingers and wrist, usually on the top surface. They are filled with a very thick jelly-like substance that when packed into a small cyst feel very firm.  Ganglions can be treated by draining them and injecting them with a steroid or by having a surgeon definitively remove them if recurrent or sore. Harmless.

Squishy bump back: Most likely a lipoma. They more you push on it the more it will hurt.  But need more details. If lipoma nothing to worry about.
