Probably not serious: First, no need for embarrassment. Your testicles are no more special to your doctor (and should not be to you) than your elbows, knees, or liver. Second, unchanging bumps for so long probably are not serious. Third, more info needed: on the skin or inside your scrotum? Painful? Finally, see a doctor. Mention it next time you have routine care, or make appt for it now if still worried about it.
