Doctor can evaluate: Throat pain can be from strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees a doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to see about antibiotics). Herpes recurs on the lips or face, rather than the uvula or inside the mouth.

Mucosal cyst: The bump next to your uvula may represent a simple mucus retention cyst. This can happen after chronic irritation to the lining occurs. In many instances these resolve spontaneously.  If it persists or enlarges, see an ENT doctor.

See dentist: It is not a good idea to pop the "pimples" in your mouth and I wonder how one can even manipulate the uvula without gagging. Do ask your dentist to check them out

Uvula: How old are you? why did you notice this small bump? how do you know it hasn't been there for ever? If you don't provide the minim information such as your age, not even a minimum response can be expected.

: Do you have postnasal drip, allergies or reflux? These can cause prominence of lymphatic tissues giving a cobblestone pattern of the throat. The description of the other lesion next to the uvula is confusing to me and I think your physician or an ENT specialist should examine it and advise you.
