Penile pimple: is it tender  painful, red ? may be folliculitis consider some bacitracin or better mupirocin ( which requires a prescription), wear loose underwear, wash 2 x a day with soap and water avoid  hot tubs. May also be beginning pearly papules or Fordyce spots , though they are usually not with a black dot. f/u with doc/ urgent care

Headache; lump: Many headaches are due to tension/stress, which can manifest as muscles spasm, especially of the neck & shoulder muscles. The lump/knot u feel may just be a "knotted" muscle. Moist heat, an NSAID (advil/motrin/ aleve/etc), & muscle stretching can help relieve the muscle spasm. Therapeutic massage of the neck helps, too. If not better, see fp for evaluation.

i have a small movable lump on lower left head slightly from the back center, i dont have any symptoms,its just felt that my left side is more swollen than the right one?

BetterGetItChecked: It may be a cyst or a lipoma(fatty tumor)But we can not say exactly what it is without examination.I suggest you have it checked by your doctor to make the diagnosis and to know if it needs to be incised

Rule out infection: Impetigo may be one cause, eczema and ring worm are other causes to consider. Please see your pediatrician or upload a photo during a virtual consultation. Monitor temperature, provide fluids, and apply a thin layer of antibacterial ointment twice daily to the areas until evaluated. Watch the scalp with a gentle antibacterial soap, avoid harsh chemicals.

Benign or malignant?: See dermatologist or surgeon for biopsy to remove it and send to pathology. Physical exam may reveal other lumps so a more thorough work up will be indicated.
Could be a benign sebaceous cyst or something more serious.
