I have a small lump apeared on the top of the shafts just under the head it has a little black dot in it?

Penile pimple: is it tender painful, red ? may be folliculitis consider some bacitracin or better mupirocin ( which requires a prescription), wear loose underwear, wash 2 x a day with soap and water avoid hot tubs.
