Blood after sex: If your pap was after you had the bleeding than thats good. You need to get the final micro report on the pap. There might be abnormal cells that you can't see with the eye. Might check a pregnancy test too just to cover all the bases...Take a deep breath!  If you keep having bleeding you really need to be checked on a regular basis. An ultrasound of the uterus would be the next test if the papok

i experience gi symptoms like diarrhea, gas, and bloating after gluten intake - even very small amounts. blood tests for celiac disease were all normal. can it be a false negative? and if so can an endoscopy pick up on those false negatives?

: Even if you do not have celiac disease, you may try gluten free diet to see if that helps with your symptoms.

Painful intercourse: Yes, sex is often painful at first. It often takes some time for your body to adjust and be able to respond comfortably, but it will. Suggest using a personal lubricant and take it slow with penetration. You be the pace setter. If it hurts, back off a little. The blood may be from small tears, but could be from some irritability of your cervix, but see your doc if that persists.

Keep an eye on it: First, there's no relationship between your previous C-sections and the blood on the toilet tissue.  A small amount of blood may be sloughed off of the uterus early in pregnancy.  If it recurs or worsens or if you notice cramping with it, please contact your OB.  One thing they'll want to do is make sure you don't have a urinary infection.  Alternatively, you may have hemorrhoids.

Can be: There are many reasons for coughing up blood (hemoptysis).  These range from minor problems like a bloody nose (epistaxis) that dripped down the back of the throat.  There are also serious causes (infections, bronchiectasis, etc) that need to be evaluated by a physician.  Sometimes a cause isn't found; but, there should be an evaluation.

The average newborn has about  300cc total blood volume & loss of 15 cc (3 average blood tubes) would be 5% of their blood volume could make them unstable & 30cc could send them into shock.
