Keep an eye on it: First, there's no relationship between your previous C-sections and the blood on the toilet tissue. A small amount of blood may be sloughed off of the uterus early in pregnancy. If it recurs or worsens or if you notice cramping with it, please contact your OB. One thing they'll want to do is make sure you don't have a urinary infection. Alternatively, you may have hemorrhoids.
