Not really : Some blood tinged mucous or phlegm in the morning in people with allergies shouldn't be worrisome, due to inflammation, dryness, nasal sprays or the like, but if this turns to be frank bleeding or blood clots, then you need to be checked. Keep using the saline nasal washes, that would help you out, best wishes
