Slimmer legs --: Yes.  But it won't help the cellulite.  That's a difficult problem to fix.  Some new lasers may help improve it partially.

Enjoy them!: This may sound like i didn't hear you, but... I really think you'd be best off ignoring this "problem" and seeking fashion advice instead. Good muscles in legs and all over are good to have. They will be advantages for the rest of your life. Also, if you've been dancing all your life, i'll bet you look fine. You might think about therapy to help you improve your self-image and confidence. Best!

Exercise vs Genetics: Fat distribution is inherited to a large extent. You can tone your leg muscles (great) but not spot-lose fat. You can only globally lose fat with exercise or diet. The only real option is plastic surgery!

Slimmer leg: He has disuse atrophy of the operated leg he needs physical therapy to build the muscle up again.

Aerobic activity.: Aerobic exercise, exercise of prolonged duration at a certain heart rate, burns fat, thus can make your legs slimmer.

Possibly.: At this point, despite the heavily marketed “miracle technologies", diet and exercise remain the best way to slim the legs and thighs.  Sometimes patients do better “investing” in personal trainer and/or nutritionists than  wasting time/resources on these technologies ( which generally don't deliver on promises). Surgery, including liposuction surgery, should be  option of last resort.

You could be a variant with an ectomorph upper body and endomorph or mesomorph lower body. Much of this is genetics.  You're only 15 so you still have some growing to do.  Thin and toned are words used to describe cross country runners, so that is the type of exercise to focus on if that's what you desire.

Losing weight: That is the only way to fix the proportions.  Other options are of adding heels to either side.

hi. hes my brother. we have done several tests like l spine mri, lumbosacral mri, they all showed nothing but hes currently experiencing stiff neck, becoming slimmer, unable to move his hands and legs as he wants. what do you think its the issue?

: He had MRI done so examination had been done before that. You should trust what the neurologist told him. If your brother has not been evaluated by a neurologist, he needs to see one.
