Lymph nodes: Small less than 1 cm freely movable not matted to surrounding tissue. Not source of great concern. But should be monitored. If change enlargement of other symptoms fever night sweats fatigue further evaluation indicated.

Yes trust your GP: Your GP was able to examine you.  Trust your GP. Need to be reexamined if nodes are increasing in size, are painful or draining liquid.

Cervical Lymph Nodes: Enlargement of the lymph nodes in the anterior chain of the neck can be a sign of active infection or occult disease. Non tender but enlarged lump nodes in the neck may be reacting to infections drainage from the head and neck including mononucleosis, &amp;HIV disease.
Lymphomas may present with non tender lymph node enlargement. Consider a head and neck exam and maybe antibiotics and needle biopsy.

Sure, see GI doctor: Difficulty swallowing ("dysphagia") can be distinguished as a "transfer" problem (difficulty moving food from mouth to top of esophagus), "transit" problem (difficulty moving food down the esophagus), "spasm", gerd (due to sphincter problems), or obstructive (webs, rings, strictures, ulcer, tumor).  Best to see a gastroenterologist (gi doctor) for evaluation and treatment.

bumps on middle of forehead. painful and itchy. started as 5 or 6 small bumps and are now 2 big ones. swollen lymph nodes on left side of neck/jaw.

Infection, shingles?: This sounds like a skin infection of some sort. It could be a bacterial infection (e.g. staph, strep, etc) but I'm more suspicious of herpes zoster (shingles). See a doctor ASAP. If bacterial, you'll need an antibiotic. If shingles, an antiviral drug (e.g. valacyclovir) needs to be started very soon to have maximum benefit.

Needs to be evaluated.

Could be serious: Enlarged lymph nodes can indicate infection from virus or bacteria, or something more serious like lymphoma or other cancers. New enlarged lymph nodes for over a month is concerning, and warrants physician evaluation.

Swollen node: enlarged lymph nodes can be due to infection, malignancy, HIV etc..., if nodes continue to be enlarged and there is no apparent reason for it, then a biopsy may be needed to find out why, sometimes the enlarged lymph node may shrink by itself without ever knowing why it was swollen

Lymphadenopathy: It is likely that these are lymphs nodes doing what lymph nodes do, but you should see your Primary Care Provider. Enlarged "sorta" movable lymph nodes should not be ignored.

swollen lymph nodes on left side of neck since last year may, havent not grown.  all soft, moves easily. very skinny  guy. some ear aches just started?

Watch and wait: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
