Swollen node: enlarged lymph nodes can be due to infection, malignancy, HIV etc..., if nodes continue to be enlarged and there is no apparent reason for it, then a biopsy may be needed to find out why, sometimes the enlarged lymph node may shrink by itself without ever knowing why it was swollen
