Pillow under knees: Sciatica pain is most severe when the legs are straight so sleep on your back with a pillow rolled up and placed underneath your knees.

Not on stomach: Generally any position but flat on your stomach.  Trying a pillow between your knees if you lye on you side or under your knees if you are on your back may also help.

Neck in neutral: The best sleeping position is keeping your neck in a neutral position meaning not too flexed or extended. A memory foam type pillow that cradles's your neck in a neutral position whether you are on your back or side is one option.

Diet; sleep position: Prenatal vitamins cover most dietary deficiencies, but in general eliminate table salt, high sugar content (carbohydrates) and increase protein (meat, fish).  Sleep positions are not defined in benefit, and sleep in later pregnancy is much deeper, so waking with limbs which may be compressed (like crossing one's legs a little too long) is common, since you do not wake enough to change positions.

See below: Neck pain usually comes from a degenerative joint or disc in the neck.  Sometimes it's from a muscle strain or sprain. It is common for neck pain to refer to the shoulder blade.  Early treatment options include a short course of nsaids (Advil, Aleve), gentle massage, moist heat, and focusing on posture.  If pain lasts greater than 2 weeks see your physician.

i can move my neck forward, right and left side easily, but it is very painful to move it backwards, why? no trauma, injury or bad sleeping positions?

Neck sprain: Common, with faulty postures that we acquire theses days, watching TVs, using computers /smart phones. Rest, warm compresses, pain  killers, and a correct posture would help, it may take some time, if no improvement, becomes worse or new symptoms develop see your doctor, good luck

Sleeping position: The correct sleeping position for any given individual is that which allows for sound & pain-free sleep such that you wake up refreshed. Whether this is on one side or other vs back or stomach is really up to you and may in fact change w/time. You'll need to experiment to find out what's best for you.

Sleep positions: When pregnant it is best to sleep on your left side to keep the pressure of the pregnant uterus off of the inferior vena cava a major blood vessel that returns blood back to the heart. Reduced blood flow can compromise the fetus in utero. Worse position, flat on your back. Pillow use around abdomen is also helpful.

Yes: Body aches, by themselves, can cause sleep problems. Poor sleep is usually due to being aroused from sleep and this is often due to pain from some area of the body.
An over the counter pain medication such as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) taken one hour before retiring can help alleviate aches while sleeping.
A sleep study can provide more data-see your doctor for more info.
