For sciatica, do you have tips for sleeping positions?

Pillow under knees: Sciatica pain is most severe when the legs are straight so sleep on your back with a pillow rolled up and placed underneath your knees.

On your side: Many patients with low back/buttock and leg pain feel more comfortable sleeping on their side with knees bent and a pillow between their legs.

Sleep on Side: Side sleeping in the least press on the spine, especially with pillows between legs. If this is still uncomfortable consider sleeping in your back with 2-3 pillows under your legs to raise them, so back stays flat on the bed.
