i have been lightheaded and dizzy with occasional loss of vision and an extreme headache since 4pm yesterday, it is now 11:30am and im still feeling the exact same even after drinking water and a full nights sleep and i dont know what to do?

: Visual "loss" with severe headache at age 20 may be a "migraine" headache, and current treatments are available to mediate same. Contact your physician for guidance or go to an emergency room, as there are other potential causes of your symptoms which should be evaluated.

i have an intense feeling exactly like when your foot falls asleep, only it runs from the back of my neck down to my waist along the right of my spine almost nonstop, for about 20 years, w/migraines and vision loss in left eye too. could this be ms?

: This seems like a neurological condition. Hopefully, you have a primary care doctor and had a physical recently. That would help to rule out underlying conditions. There are several reasons for these symptoms; migraines, MS, Lyme disease, syphilis, but that is just a shortlist. See a neurologist
