Pin worm: Pin worm is one of the few parasites still endemic in the US. Your symptoms are more suggestive of pin worm than the skin tag. Pin worm can be treated with oral medication, however you need to see your doctor to get tested for it first.

Probably keratosis : This sounds as if these are seborrheic keratosis that can either be frozen or scraped off. Some docs may also use lasers for this.

i realize i have a hemorrhoid skin tags near my anal, it itches sometime and it makes me scared. will it go away on its own without surgery?

Anal skin tags: The anal skin tags will not go away without surgery but the symptoms of itching can be controlled.  Most anal itching is the result of soilage collecting around the anal tags which makes patient's feel like they aren't clean and results in excess wiping.  I typically recommend my patients to keep flushable wipes in their purse as they clean around the tags more thoroughly with less irritation.

something that looks like skin tag on labia minora distal edge. been there for long time. what could this be from?  damage? no pain or itching.

Skin tag: It could just be a benign skin tag, but other skin lesions like warts cannot be excluded without actually looking at it. Make an appointment with your doctor. Take care!

: Without an exam it is just guess-work. Pl see your doc and get proper treatment. In the meantime you can apply otc cortisone  cream to reduce itching

Hard : Hard to tell without a clinical examination in regards to the neck (there are many possibilities such as acanthosis nigricans) so i would see a dermatologist.  Read about skin tag treatment at the link below.  I hope that helps a little.

Not necessarily: Even if the skin tag needs to be removed, it would likely not require general anesthesia. See your doctor to evaluate if a topical treatment may work.

Likely HPV: wart virus. An exam would be informative. Also consider the HPV vaccine series for yourself and your partner.
