Likely benign: Very likely this is a tension headache like you mentioned. Be sure to stretch your muscles weekly with exercises like yoga. Continue to stay well hydrated with water and clear fluids. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed for pain. If it worsens or you cannot keep fluids down, see your doctor.

Areolar scab: At eight months of pregnancy, breasts are larger, and heavier, and the areolar areas can become irritated due to movement against the supporting bra, and this friction can cause scabs or rough places .  Ask your OB provider to examine the areas when next seen  to make certain that the cause is normal at "eight months".

i am 30 and have a new, indented vein running across one breast, tenderness behind the nipple but the actual skin on that breast is numb. other breast seems unaffected. not related to menstruation and i am not pregnant. should i be concerned?

Get examined: Breast changes with blood  vessels, skin puckering or numbness all require a MD examination to rule out breast cancer. Breast cancer is no longer a respecter of young age at 30, so see a MD soon.

Yes: This is a phenomenon known as allodynia.  When someone experiences chronic pain, the nerves require less stimulation to sense pain.

Nerve: An irritable, pinched or mildly inflamed nerve or muscle in the spinal area may do this.  A bulging disc usually causes more of a significant ache without associated tenderness to touch. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate this symptom if the tingling is the major symptom.

LESS TOUCHING: Would calm down the excessive manipulations to your breast and also you did not mention anything about your menstrual cycle or if you had unprotected sex. Make sure that you are not pregnant that can have breast sensitivity as well

Ankle&amp;Hand symptoms: The fact that this occurs in upper and lower body is concerning and indicates the need for you to see your doctor.  Some possibilities are relatively benign and others more serious.  Your doctor will let you know what is happening and provide treatment.  Peace and good health.

Nerve irritation: This could be a couple different nerves that are irritated. It could be stemming from an irritated nerve in your back that wraps around and innervates the area. If you do not have an back pain, you may also have something called meralgia parasthetica. This can be caused by tight fitting pants or obesity with a panus. Recommend seeing a pain or physiatrist doc who could diagnose based exam.
