on new meds trazadone and risperdol . mild skin rash on behind, legs and feet . really don't want meds to be cause, cause i'm happy. what should i do ?

Rash: Skin rashes are not uncommon with these types of medication. If it remains of little consequence then I would continue the medication. However if it persists and is getting worse you need to see your dr for a change of medication

Leg rash?: Is it a rash? Or skin blotching? Is it under the skin or is it rough to touch? Do you have varicose veins? It could be from blood pooling from constant standing. Elevate your legs once at home.

: More of a description of the rash ( raised,flat,itchy) would be helpful. Various causes including allergies, eczema,insect bites come to mind.  You'll have to be examined by a physician or a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Doubtful.: This would not be a typical Lyme rash.  Testing for Lyme during the rash phase usually isn&#x27;t helpful - too early.  I would see a dermatologist and treat the itching symptomatically in the meanwhile.

? dry skin: as it is affecting the more exposed areas, however, if symptoms are really bothersome you may want to see a dermatologist, meanwhile, try some skin care techniques: as bathing with cream soap, moisturize your skin right after, hydrate you body well, and avoid prolonged sun exposure, occasional antihistamine might help too, good luck

A rash may be eczema, an allergic reaction, an infection, etc. Bluish or purplish spot are blood spots and would need blood testing right away. Vasculitis spots are sort of blood spots combined with inflammation. Sometimes, spots have unknown causes. A primary care doctor or dermatologist can examine both the rash and the patient, to find a treatment.
