i love having scalp and face  massage got worried about hiv . if my masseuse is hiv and has bleeding hands i know he cannot penetrate my skin from scratches  . but do pimple or rashes on face and scalp   provide access to blood stream ? no worries ?

Unlikely. minimum.: First of all, who doesn't love a good face and scalp massage?  Regardless of HIV status, anyone with bleeding hands ought to attend to the bleeding before touching anyone else.  Make sure your masseuse washes hands before touching you. These are simple hygene.
