4mo boy has red irregular shapes rashes on face at night, disappear within one hour or so. rashes not above skin.don't see at day time. what are they?

They sound like they: could be hives, which may be a reaction to something in his environment or something he is eating (if he is on solid foods). Has he been recently weaned from breast milk? Have him seen by his pediatrician, or if the rash isn't there at all during the day, try to take a photo and show it to his doctor. Eczema: Chronic itchy skin rash at night is certainly possible to be eczema.  Sure would like to see it, other itchy rashes include contact dermatitis (from a detergent or dye) scabies, flea bites and many others. Each has a different treatment. As for oozing, you may well have a secondary infection with staph.  I lost you on the last bit of the question, please ask again. You need a doc visit, definitely

Hives: It sounds as if you are having a dermatologic condition called urticaria.  Urticaria is the medical terminology for hives.  It is the bodies response to a certain stimulus, such as an allergy.  The body will release histamine in response to a stimulus and histamine causes redness, swelling and itching.  Other triggers of urticaria can be cold/heat, stress, medicines, or with you, pressure on skin!

i often getting rashes every night for no reason, i didn't eat foods that might give me allergic reaction, yes it's itchy i'm wondering if maybe it's some dust from air that irritates my skin?

: It probably is not dust causing your skin rashes and is more likely another allergen or an immune reaction.  I would strongly suggest seeing an allergist for this issue.  Their specialty is allergy and immunology so they can definitely get to the bottom of the problem with testing.

i started to have itchy skin (at night)  on day 6 after embryo transfer (with no rashes). does it a progesterone side effect?

See your doctor: It looks like you have 2 problems, stomach pain and skin rashes. You might have acid reflux / gastritis or peptic ulcer diseases. You can try otc antacid or acid reduction meds like zantac (ranitidine) in the meantime but you need to be seen and evaluated to have it treated correctly. Also it's almost impossible to know what your skin rashes might be if we don't see it. Your local doctor can help.

why do i get skin rashes in the winter time especially while i'm sick? on the neck, body, inside of elbow joint. sometimes they itch a lot at night. i have ocd. the rash are bright red. it happened before when i didn't have covid but i have covid now?

: Eczema flares can occur in hot or cold weather, dry or humid conditions. Do you have a family history of eczema, asthma or hay fever? A dermatologist is best to evaluate, advise&amp; treat you for these bright red rashes which I assume are itchy.

unprotected vaginal sex 2 twice in one night 6.5 months ago. having oral thrust, hairy leukoplakia, body aches, sore throat, rashes, dry skin, changing nails. pos ebv, pos hep a and negative hiv at 6.5 months after exposure. do i need to keep testing?

: Repeat question, same answer. HIV test results overrule any and all symptoms, no matter how typical of HIV. You definitely do not have HIV and should not have any more HIV tests. See a doctor if your symptoms continue or you remain concerned. No more of the same question on HealthTap, please.

Curable vs treatable: Rashes such as poison ivy/oak, fungal(ringworm), bacterial infections (impetigo) etc.. Can be cured. Rashes such as eczema, psoriasis, ichthyosis etc...Are not curable, only treatable. Viral rashes such as chicken pox, measle, roseola etc..Will heal on their own with or without treatment. Without knowing what type of rash you have, i can't advise you how to treat/cure it. Consult doc. Good luck.
