Checkup: Not sure what the spot is due to.  The peripheral nerves run in a linear pattern along the back. The area you are describing corresponds to the Thoraic or mid back vertebra. The dizzy part is most concerning. Could be getting shingles, herniated disc.  vestibular involvement due to a URI. See a Doctor for checkup.

Painful skin: The only condition that i know of the causes painful or senstive skin difusely (all over) is fibromyalgia. While other neurologic conditions could do through injured nerves (eg., like multiple sclerosis, diabetes, etc), these conditions affect a few areas of the body, but not all over.

Pregnancy Pain: You are in the 2nd trimester of your pregnancy.  You are only 25 yo, although, I do not know, whether this is your first  pregnancy. Most probably, your pain is the result of compression of the nerve roots emerging from thoracic vertebrae. Increase abdominal size, might be putting pressure on the back, resulting in pain in the areas of your stomach supplied by the compressed nerves. See your obgyn.

Possible shingles: If your symptoms are limited to a certain region of your trunk on one side, it is possibly shingles, which does not always present with a rash. Discuss your symptoms with your doctor.

: In the absence of any trauma to your penis, this may be a herpes infection for which there is treatment. Any recent risky sexual behavior which could transmit other STD? Go to your physician or a clinic for evaluation and treatment. Mention any risk factors.

It : It sounds like you are having a lot of pain.  This is a very important symptom and should be medically evaluated right away.  It sounds like you are concerned about shingles, which as you know is a very painful condition.  Other things such as infection are a possibility.  Please see your doctor for an evaluation  right away and don't wait as this sounds very painful.

It's pretty common and usually not harmful, but sometimes a sign of allergy, e.g. if you're allergic to a new medication. If it continues or you remain concerned, see your doctor just to be safe. Depends on how bad: A sunburn is just that, a burn.  Burns can be classified as 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree.  A mild sunburn, 1st degree, will get red and sore but will probably heal without scarring.  A severe sunburn is like a 2nd degree burn with blistering of the skin.  This more often can lead to freckling or scarring.  Overexposure to the sun, regardless of burning, increases your risk of skin cancer later in life.
