Fatigue : The symptoms may be suggestive of wide variety of illnesses including: subacute  infection such as endocarditis, endocrine problems such as hyper- or hypothyroidism, occult malignancy such as lymphoma or even emotional stress, anxiety or depression. Obviously this requires further investigation by doing thorough physical examination and blood work analysis which will guide further work up.

Normal reaction: The sunburn causes extra blood to flow to your skin.  When that happens your body cools off.  The warmth is the increased blood flow and the inflammation from the sunburn.  The freezing sensation is your body cooling off when it doesn't need to.

Hot flashes can occur for some women. If you have severe dysmenorrhea than recommend

Probably normal: Most likely there is no concern if your temperature is normal, and you have no other symptoms. I don't know how you took your temperature, but rectal temperature can be the most accurate. Make sure your thermometer is working correctly also. If no other symptoms develop, you are probably ok. Follow up with your PCP if any symptoms develop.
