Normal reaction: The sunburn causes extra blood to flow to your skin. When that happens your body cools off. The warmth is the increased blood flow and the inflammation from the sunburn. The freezing sensation is your body cooling off when it doesn't need to.

Sunburn.: That's normal with a sunburn. It feels hot because the skin is damaged. The sunburn isn't making the rest of your body cold (it just may feel cold in comparison with your burnt skin). Remember the sunblock next time! good luck!
