i've had a scar that looks like it has blackheads on it. i know there not blackheads tho and it will not go away what could this be? skin cancer?

Blocked oil glands: All skin has sebaceous or oil glands and when there is a scar, the scar tissue blocks the opening and causes a plug of oxidized oil which is black and looks like a blackhead. Blackheads are more related to hormones and xs production of sebum.   It is common to see this in a previous incision site and is not cancer. If this is at the site of a mole that was removed, see your doctor ASAP

i skin cancer removed on the side of my nose two weeks ago. i don't care about having a skirt but i don't like the lump that has formed. what can i do? is their any exercise i can do? i don't mind scar but don't like this raised lump?

: Any biopsy or incision in skin may become infected, with a reaction secondary to inflammation.  See the physician who performed the removal of a "skin cancer" for an exam and further treatment.

No: Exposure to sunlight does not cause transformation  of fibrous scar tissue to malignancy.  If pre existing nevi or evidence of a small ulcerating skin lesion appears, these are potential sites of further transformation with overexposure to sunlight

Keep clean and moist: If healing occurs within 10 days and additional sun or injury or infection is avoided, then it is unlikely that scarring will occur. However this is no guarantee. Yes there is a risk of ski cancer but the risk is difficult to quantify.

Possibly: Most foreign bodies are slowly eliminated and extruded by your own healing process, but a retained fragment is still possible if it became walled off. Have a surgeon carefully examine the area to determine whether it's worthwhile to look deeper into the scar for retained foreign objects.

Ask the DR!!!!!: Was it a MOHS procedure? Graft? Sutures? Dressing? Forget about magic pills or vitamins to reduce scars: they are bogus claims. Usually WATER is best for routine cleaning. Keep it lubricated with vaseline or Aquaphor. Bacitracin and neosporin are useless. Worse, they are common sensitizers which may cause allergic reactions and interfere with wound healing.
