I've had a scar that looks like it has blackheads on it. i know there not blackheads tho and it will not go away what could this be? skin cancer?

Blocked oil glands: All skin has sebaceous or oil glands and when there is a scar, the scar tissue blocks the opening and causes a plug of oxidized oil which is black and looks like a blackhead. Blackheads are more related to hormones and xs production of sebum. It is common to see this in a previous incision site and is not cancer. If this is at the site of a mole that was removed, see your doctor ASAP
