i have had a dark red raised bump on my back for about 2 months -  looks like a combination of a pimple and blood blister. could this be skin cancer?

Skin lesion: Any lesion on the skin that has increased in size or changed in appearance should be evaluated by your doctor.  If it has changed it should be removed.

i have a mole on my back that has started bleeding on its own, it's now formed what looks like a blood blister over it, could it be cancer?

Go to see derm: You should go to see a dermaologist and have that mole removed. Bleeding on the mole by itself would be one of the symptoms of cancerous mole. Make an appointment as soon as possible and have that mole checked and removed. Don't delay. Good luck.

It can be if it grow: Any pigmented lesions on the skin are suspect for Cancer when they are new, if they are growing in size or changing in their color, shape and size.If you want to take good care of yourself, you should show it to your dermatologist or to your family doctor soon.

Skin cancer: You definitely do not have skin cancer, it sounds more like an infectious process caused either by bacteria or virus. You would definitely benefit by a trip to a dermatologist

i have what i think is a wart in the bend on my inside middle finger.  had irritation on skin before becoming visible.  looks like a blood blister.

Bump on finger: Warts are common skin lesions on fingers.  However another common lesion that looks like a wart in shape but is red and "blood-blister" looking is a pyogenic granuloma, a small ball of blood vessels that results from minor skin trauma like a pinch or a cut.  Pyogenic granulomas tend to bleed easily and need to be removed and the blood vessels at the base cauterized, otherwise they can recur.

i have what looks to be a skin tag on my scalp. although, the skin tag is not flesh colored. its red and almost looks like a blood blister. it started off very small and has become more prominent. what could it be?

: Skin tags can be red. They are benign but if they are enlarging or bleed it's best to see a dermatologist or surgeon for removal.

Blood blister: If it hasn't been there for more than a few weeks and it's in an area where you can accidentally bite your cheek, it's a blood blister.  Keep an eye on it. If it doesn't go away after a few weeks, see a doctor or dentist.

In most cases: A melanoma can present with almost any appearance. A nodular melanoma is firm and raised usually and will not go away on its own whereas a blood blister is soft  and fluid containing usually and will go away on its own.  If there is any question see a dermatologist.

tiny painless dark oval appeared on hand 3 days ago. thought it was a blood blister but don't remember an injury. should i get checked for melanoma?

Bruise: Sounds most like a bruise and sometimes they can pop up without being aware of the injury. You can give it a week or 2 to resolve. I would give it up to a month to resolve. If it doesn't, you could see a doctor, but very unlikely to be melanoma.
