Several causes: Tongue lesions can be due to fungal/yeast infections, vitamin deficiencies, underlying disease, medications, allergies.  Might be best to see Dr in person or on video, may need some basic lab work. If your diet has not been balanced, taking a good multiple vitamin could help (try for a full month), plus eating a balanced diet including fruits &amp; vegetables, whole grains, dairy, &amp; proteins

See DR: Seborrheic dermatitis is very common. Frequently ear drops containing aminoglycosides are used. These are common sensitizers. The allergic contact dermatitis due to neomycin or colymycin or bacitracin results in itch + weeping + sweling. Itch may be so severe as to cause brisk rubbing. The rubbing can be hard enough to cause pain, swelling, bleeding, weeping. Remedy is to use only cortisone drops.

Ear itching: It could be irritation from the ear bud, ear wax or just dry skin.  First thing, i'd avoid putting anything into the ear including earbuds, fingers, and especially q-tips.  Q tips are notorious for packing wax into the ear and irritating the sensitive skin of the canal.  Wax impaction can cause the itching you're describing, so i'd have your doctor take a look inside, clean out any wax.

Sunscreen: I will assume you are referring to protection against the sun.  A quality, un-expired, SPF 30 sunscreen applied every hour to sun exposed skin will help protect the skin.  Better yet, long sleeve clothing, hat and an umbrella  would be ideal.  One only needs to burn twice in their life to be at increased risk for skin cancer.  Help your kids develop this good habit.

This is a vague: non-specific symptom. It could have something to do with your sinuses being congested, infected, or fluid-filled. Not sure why heat would affect it ... but there is no doubt you should be evaluated.  See your doctor or specialist/Neurologist who will take a detailed history, examine you and probably suggest tests..I would likely start with a CT scan of your head. Good wishes:)
