Bubble of dry skin: Several things could cause dry skin with blistering on your feet including dyshidrotic eczema, fungal infections, autoimmune diseases, and friction blisters.  If it doesn't resolve on its own, i would recommend evaluation by a dermatologist.

Dermatitis: How long have you had this? If just feet, most common cause is fungal contamination. With hand involvement, probably not.

Varies: You are describing an infectious process.  It is hard to say by what you said how severe it is or what caused it, it may have been a bite.  Safest thing would be to be seen and have doctor look at it.  If it seems real mild, you could try applying an antibiotic ointment and if it does not get better with 24 hours or worsens at any point be seen.

: Usually when the skin is not pierced we leave the wound alone so it’s not to create  an infection. However if this is giving you trouble difficulty wearing shoes then utilizing a sterile needle might be utilized to drain the bubble. After which I would using topical antibiotic ointment and cover it with a Band-Aid or dressing. I would apply the antibiotic and dressings until healed

Mmp: Matrix metalloproteinases are enzymes that destroy skin it is expressed in people with lymphedema, diabetics, on meds like coumadin, (warfarin) steroids etc. To control them use orally vitamin k2 (subtype of vit k) and zinc, selenium. Locally you want to protect the skin with wrapping them with calamine soaked gauze (unna boot strips) and webril with tubular stretch bandage so skin does not peel  off.
