A few possibilities: Some of the reasons for "first trimester/early pregnancy bleeding" include normal  implantation of the embryo in your uterus, a placentation problem, a subchorionic bleed, early signs of an abnormal pregnancy which is in the uterus or ectopic....At times, the bleeding may be from a cervical lesion, polyp or infection and not uterus.Often, we do not know why and the pregnancy continues uneventfully

5 weeks: At 5 weeks, having pelvic pain can be a sign of an ectopic(tubal)  pregnancy.  However if it only occurred while turning over it is more likely to be from stretching on the round ligament.  It is best that you contact your doctor and get an ultrasound right away to ensure that the pregnancy is located in the correct place.

im 5 weeks pregnant, and i was told that theres a small hemoragging in the uterus, but im not bleeding. is this a big deal? will i miscarry?

Probably not: I assume you were told this by your obstetrician?  If they had found anything serious, they would have told you.  Many women have spotting in early pregnancy, and have healthy babies after nine months. Miscarriages happen, but you have a very low chance of having one.

If you see actual bleeding, you must report it to your doctor asap!

hi i'm 5 weeks pregnant my hgc level is now 14,300,  from 135, rose to 800 then 1,078 now this number, is this a good sign bub is in uterus?

Maybe: The HCG should continue to double every 2 to 3 days for intra uterine pregnancies so this may be a good sign.

PREGNANCY: About 4 months pregnant, baby is floating and starting to move around. He is protected by amniotic fluid. Ob will advise you if pelvic ultrasound is needef.

See your doc!: My heart goes out to you for your loss,   However, pelvic pain 6 months later may not be related at all.  It also may not be due to pain in the uterus but some other area or tissue. Pelvic pain has many causes, some serious, some minor. Please see your doctor this week.  If the pain increases, you have fever, vomiting or dizziness, please get seen right away.

Pregnancy: As the uterus stretches and enlarges, many women will have some degree of discomfort.  Cramping, pressure, bloating, and pain are normal sensations associated with the changes due to pregnancy.

i am having alittle bleeding, i am 5 weeks pregnant and the doctor said i have a bloodclot in my uterus. what's wrong?

You need ultrasound: Tho it is very early, you will need an ultrasound within the next few wks to determine the source of the bleeding. Up to 25% of pregnant patients may have some spotting within the first 12 wks of pregnancy and continue on with a healthy pregnancy.  But the bleeding should be evaluated. You should be able to see the baby's heart beat by 7 wks after the 1st day of the last period. Good luck !

i should be around 5 weeks pregnant my hcg levels went from 155 on sunday at 730 pm, to 277 on tuesday at 9 am, to 298 today (thursday) at 2 pm.. i had some spotting on tuesday and i also have a hematoma in my uterus, are my levels normal?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, in a normal pregnancy, HCG levels double every 2-3 days. You should consult your doctor for an assessment.    Wish you good health!
