Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

You might have problems processing alcohol or any other drug for that matter, because your liver metabolizes or processes all chemicals in your body.  The liver is also the only internal organ in your body that can regenerate.

Data needed--are you reporting high lft's (cholestatic or hepatocellular) or a lesion? 1) how big is the lesion? 2) how long has it been there?  3) is it enlarging, ;at what rate?  4) cystic or solid?  5) is it causing symptoms?  6) do you have underlying liver disease?  7) has a tissue diagnosis (biopsy) been pursued?
