Cardiac clearance : What will need to be done is to schedule a visit with a cardiologist. Ask for an assessment of pregnancy risk and for cardiac clearance. An ekg, echocardiogram and perhaps other studies such as a stress test may need to be done.

Sinus - Pregnancy: Usually obs allow some antibiotics and nasal sprays. Some allow decongestants. Check with them and see an ENT specialist if you don't get better.
