Same, routine stuff: When a pregnancy is 1 week along, the woman has the same, routine stuff she feels on a daily basis just as if she were not pregnant. Her period has just finished, and she hasn't ovulated yet. At 3 weeks of pregnancy, her embryo is 1 week old, and she still feels the same, routine stuff, because her body doesn't yet know she is carrying an embryo. Implantation may happen over the next few days.
