i am having pain/tingling in right side of neck and head, right side of lymph node swollen, right ear and sinus pain. any ideas?

See below: It could be infection or sometimes lymph nodes can swell as a result of malignancy.  If the infection you reported has resolved,  the lymph node swelling should resolves within two weeks.  If it doesn't,  you need to see your doctor.

swollen right parodic gland n jaw pain ears, headec as well taking dexcyline teva for 3 weeks n augument, swollen went down but not compelty finish my dose i have dry mouth. i keep getting sinus pain on my face as well plz help?

: There are several causes of enlarged parotid glands ranging from obstructed salivary ducts from stone formation to autoimmune disease to infection to tumors. It seems you are being treated for an infection possibly from an obstructed duct. If you have dry mouth this might be also from an immune disorder. I suggest you followup an ENT doctor if your swelling does not subside to baseline soon.

have been strugling with a cold/congestion/bad sinus pain for about a week now. yesterday my ear started feeling blocked, today it feels swollen shut or as if something is stuck in the ear.

Ear effusion?: Sounds like (no pun intended) that you have either developed a fluid collection behind your ear drum (middle ear effusion) or your eustachian tube on that side has become blocked.  Best to see medical provider for evaluation.

Many areas: Not sure where the location of the lymph node is?  On the back of what?  Usually an enlarged lymph node with swelling and pain could be a sign of infection.  Any infection in the head and neck can cause this and the sinuses is one of many areas.  Please consult your md asap for an evaluation.

when i woke up this morning i had a clogged right ear and also noticed my glands were swollen on the same side as my ear, is this a sinus infectio?

Probably not: A one day history of a clogged ear usually indicates viral infection in the nasopharynx (back of the nose).  The presence of  swollen glands is further evidence of a viral infection.  You may have fluid behind the ear drum and if patient may resolve in 1-2 weeks.  These are not the symptoms of rhino-sinusitis.  And finally, you do not at this time need an antibiotic.

lower lip tingling for 3-5 seconds on one side occasionally that happens with position changes x10 days, then developed tinnitus and ear pressure on the same side, plus sinus pain bilat that improves with meds. have an appt in 10 days with pcp?

Where does it go? 
What makes it better/worse? 
How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Discuss with Drs. You all will figure it out.

: If those symptoms have just occurred less than 24 hours, you should watch for the skin eruption in those areas if you did not have chicken pox vaccines in your childhood because those symptoms could be the prodrome for shingles (herpes zoster outbreak). As soon as rashes appear, you have to see a doctor right away for treatment.

10 days of right side head pains. not a constant headache. sinus pressure, come & go ear discomfort, occasional ear ringing, random pains on top & side of head, a few sharp eye pains & back of head was sore for a few days. big fear of aneurysm. idea?

Exam needed: 10 days of those symptoms warrant an investigation. I recommend consulting your physician or  a neurologist or an Otolaryngologist, as neuralgia,muscle contraction tension headaches as well as sinusitis and middle ear infections are possibilities. Appropriate testing will be done. Stress management therapy should be helpful if tension headaches and anxiety are diagnosed.

Sinus: No sinus on the side of the head so theres a chance it may be bite or jaw related. The chewing muscles are in that area

Sinus pain: There is a sinus in your forehead and there can be feelings of pressure and soreness when the sinuses are inflamed.
