Yes: Irritation and inflammation of the mucous membranes during a cold causes affects the nerve endings fot smell and affects taste and smell.

: A severe paranasal sinus infection can result in a loss of smell which will also affect your sense of taste. Of course in this pandemic, Covid virus infection can do the same. Did you have any other symptoms of Covid?  Hopefully your sense of smell will gradually return.

Poor airflow: Some ways that this could happen include having persistent congestion or nasal polyps that could interfere with airflow in your nose, even after recovering from a sinus infection.  You may need a ct scan or a rhinoscopy to better understand why this would happen.  Also be aware that some antibiotics like biaxin (clarithromycin) can alter your sense of taste temporarily.

Rarely: Rarely you can have a serious sinus infection that affects the eye.  But this is uncommon.

Dizzy, hearing loss: Those issues may be somewhat unrelated to mononucleosis. If you had upper respiratory symptoms with the mono, then may be related. I  would suggest seeing an otolaryngologist at this point to sort things our further, get a good head/neck exam, and possibly hearing testing.

my 1 year old seems to have an upset stomach & is lethargic. no fever, has runny nose & sinus infection. also spit up 2x-no appetite. what can i do?

See a doctor: These symptoms are quite nonspecific but in a 1 year old could be the start of a serious condition.  In kids this age, lethargy and no appetite are more alarming than a high fever, and should be promptly investigated.

: Most sinus infections and common colds are viral.  Unlike bacterial infection, viral infection often affects multiple sites in your body, potentially including the stomach and bowel.  If viral, should be improving in 2, 3 or 4 days.  If it doesn’t, check with Urgent Care or primary doc

Probably not: 98% of sinusitis is viral not bacterial. That is why the standard of care is to wait for 2 was before taking antibiotics. Viral infections don't respond to antibiotics though they do seem to respond to tincture of time. One of my great attendings at Columbia on rounds used to say "Don't just do something. Stand here and wait." Still wise advise. See a dermatologist about your hair loss.

Saline rinse: The best treatment for an upper respiratory infection is to rinse your sinuses out with saline. Use either something like'simply saline' that shoots a continuous stream of saline or something like the 'netty pot'  or the 'neil med sinus rinse' .  Twice a day is a good place to start but it is only saline and it can be used a lot more often.  Sleep is really what cures colds,  so rest up.
