Probably not: 98% of sinusitis is viral not bacterial. That is why the standard of care is to wait for 2 was before taking antibiotics. Viral infections don't respond to antibiotics though they do seem to respond to tincture of time. One of my great attendings at Columbia on rounds used to say "Don't just do something. Stand here and wait." Still wise advise. See a dermatologist about your hair loss.
