Depend: Is this sound in your ear or head? You don't say. If in the ear, see an ENT doc, if in the head, see a neurologist. The doctor will determine whether you need a ct scan or  not.

Shouldn't watch: Its better if you don't have the tv on at all!  however, its understandable that sometimes your children may want to watch a movie or other program (they should always be supervised).  Just make sure they are watching 2 hrs or less a day.   Never put a tv in your child's bedroom.

Little value: Unless they are going to cook for you for the rest of your life, you need to develop your own eating processes ad plan at home so you can fend for yourself once the products stop coming. There is little point to losing weight only to gain it back. Also some foods help you lose weight, but may not be healthy. Check ingredients carefully. There are no quick fixes to weight loss but you can do it.

Limited Only: In the 1950's educators saw television as the greatest learning tool since the invention of the printing press.  History has proven otherwise.  Quality tv programs exist for children, but children need more.  They need time outside playing sports and games with other children.  They need time to interact with family members.  The list of activities is endless and unlimited tv is not on that list.
