Usually asymptomatic: Intramuscular lipomas are usually asymptomatic and are found incidentally. As such, they do not typically require treatment. If it is large enough, it may cause tenderness in the muscle involved (very uncommon). In that case, you should see an orthopedic surgeon.

if lumps occur after 19 year and  no other symptoms of neurofibromatosis found in early age .which i seen in wikipidia? but it look like lipoma is it?

Need to see it.: You can have one neurofibroma without having neurofibromatosis, but it's more likely, statistically, to be a lipoma. A dermatologist can usually tell the difference just by looking, but a biopsy might be necessary to know for sure. Either way, see a dermatologist so you won't need to worry about it anymore.

café au lait macules--irregularly shaped, evenly pigmented, brown macules. Most have 6 or more café au lait spots that are 1.5 cm or greater in diameter.
Axillary and/or perineal freckling
neurofibromas nodules may be brown, pink, or skin colored, soft or firm to the touch, and they may have the pathognomonic buttonhole invagination when pressed on.

Biopsy is best: The best  way is to have one removed and path report will confirm the real diagnosis but on general lipomas ate painless lumps under the skin only and neurofibromas  can be are often sensitive and can be deep both are usually benign.

Lymph nodes, lipomas: A lipoma is in the skin, and looks like a bulge in the skin itself. An enlarged lymph node is usually under the skin and its possible to move the surface of the skin separate from the underlying lymph node.

Benign lymph nodes can be either softer or a bit more firm than a lipoma, If a lymph node is very hard or unyielding, or tethered under the skin, be sure to get it checked out.

why is my whole abdomen and breasts deep inside covered in painful lipomas i'm only 25 there's so many iv also had other symptoms for years iv had some tested they weren't cancer but i don't understand why i have so many of them ?

Genetic counselor!: You have lipomatosis, meaning many lipomas.  They are usually benign and don't cause problems. However, if yours are causing pain, you could have Dercum's disease, which is a rare genetic disorder. There are other rare genetic disorders that cause lipomatosis, and some increase your risk for cancer. Don't worry, but ask your doctor to refer you to a genetic counselor to find the answer!

Familial lipomas?: You might want to read this: http://www.Cancer.Net/cancer-types/cowden-syndrome. As you can see, there are certain familial conditions that feature lipomas and thyroid neoplasms. From the information you provided, i cannot tell whether or not you might have this or some other syndrome, but the clustering of tumors suggests there might well be a familial syndrome at play.

my consultant says i ave a lipoma it is causin me severe pain, pressure, nausea and gives me chest pain he is adamant my lipoma is not causing my symptoms but can't find anything else wrong help pls?

Chest pain: You are having so many symptoms that obviously something is wrong.  Because your consultant has not found out what is wrong, means that you may need to consult with a different doctor and keep trying to find the cause of your problems.  Do not overlook that the cause may be anxiety or emotionally based.  It is vital for you to have a proper diagnosis to find the cause so you can get treatment.
