i take a lot of deep breaths on daily basis & sigh a lot also. people ask what's wrong & y i do that. i have asthma, can it cause those symptoms?

If you have asthma,: You should be taking your inhaled steroids twice daily and rescue inhaler ( a bronchodilator) like albutetol or ventolin or proventil (albuterol) or pro air inhalers every 4-6 hours since you are in the red zone right now.You need to do this daily for few months to be free from above symptoms .You can add singulair or montelukast as maintenance once daily. Need close follow up w ur doctor.Asthma is serious!

Can be: The tachycardia could contribute to chest pains.  The sighing could be due to  your breathing trying to up its ventilation rate during the attack.  Have you had a doctor check you out and run tests

Not nerves: There are hormones you secrete but that should not lead to shaky or air hungry.
I think you should make an appointment to see a Psychologist. No you are not crazy but there are things that trouble you. I don't think it is hormones.

Need more info: When the difficulty with breathing occurs are you at rest or are you active?
Does it occur when you are lying down or sitting or standing? 
Does it occur when you are upset?
Are you depressed? 
Do you have palpitqtions or chest pain swith the difficulty breathing?
 What is your age. 
Have you had heart ot lung problems?
Do you smoke?

Breathing problem : you need to make she does not have asthma attack or wheezing episode. That could be the reason she is unable to take deep breaths.

Likely scraped wall: Sometimes if you poo a bit too fast or the movement is too hard it will scrape the wall & create a crack in the skin of the outlet.This produces bright red blood in streaks on the stool or on the tp. This will self heal over time but can recur.Bleeding from higher up in the intestines begins to change color through darker reds/maroons/black.Your doc can confirm this.

Spirometry: Currently the best test to assess lung function is spirometry.  The normal values for fvc is >80%, fev1 >80%, and fev1/fvc ratio 0.80.   Typically, the spirometry will be repeated after taking albuterol to assess how much the values increased.

Normal physiology: People sigh for many reasons. Most commonly it is a natural physiologic response much like a yawn or sneeze and doesn't mean anything. 

Sometimes people sigh when they are upset or tired or sad, but this is not necessarily the case.

It's normal: We periodically "sigh"(take a deep breath, subconsciously) to expand our lungs and prevent alveolar collapse.  It happens often when we're reading or engaging in a low physical stress exercise.

Discharge: The main symptom would be a discharge . If you have  had recent sex and now have a new discharge be checked. Do note however that you can be totally asymptomatic. If you had unprotected sex would get checked out.
